This year’s musical was declared just before Thanksgiving Break.

The musical, titled WORKING (2012 Revised Edition) follows 26 people from all stages of life proving that there is more to life than work and that we take much of our lives for granted. Set in contemporary America, the theme of the musical observes how character’s relationships work ultimately to reveal key aspects of humanity.

Ms. Kind-Keppel, the producer and director of WORKING loves that “the musical explores the lived experiences of people within our society we rarely highlight. Sharing and honoring these experiences through art is powerful and important… this show will be challenging in new and exciting ways for our students.” She also remarked that WORKING accomplishes the goal of safety migration strategies perfectly, so students can still continue to feed their passion for theater.
